1. Facil-led
Crack as many puzzles as you can with the close guidance of our puzzle masters. Have hands-on with puzzles from the major categories we have in our collection. Typically, newcomers get to try 20-30 puzzles in 2 hours, worth $600-$900 in retail. Ideal for families, friends, and colleagues as a bonding and brain workout session.
2. Self-directed
Lounge for as long as you want and pay just for the puzzles you play with. Minimal guidance will be provided. Ideal for enthusiasts, experts, and return visitors to Puzzletopia as a regular hobby activity, or for those who want to have a flavour for puzzling before deciding further.
3. Take-home
Bring back puzzles to solve at your own pace and own place. Borrow up to 4 Mechanical Puzzles or 2 Puzzle Games at one time for 21 days, and pay upon return. A returnable deposit of $49.90/loan is required for non-members. Ideal for those who want to puzzle at their own convenient location and desired duration.

Selected items are available for purchase (from $2.90 - $39.90). We buy your old mechanical puzzles purchased from elsewhere. Bring them down to Puzzletopia and exchange for cash, est. 10-50% of original cost. SparkBox self-pickup and puzzle selection ($5 cash back for subscribers). Dos & Don'ts
Handle all puzzles with care. Majority of the puzzles do not require force to solve. Play with one puzzle at a time and return it to its spot before picking up another. Running, climbing, and leaning on shelving units is not allowed within the space. Please inform staff before taking out any premium puzzles from behind glass. You may walk about the room to choose puzzles you would like to solve.
Terms & Conditions​​
No refunds will be given after booking is made. However, you may change your slot to another timing, give your slot to another person, or transfer your payment to another offering. In case of a delayed start, session duration will not be extended. If you cannot attend your booked slot, alert us 24hrs beforehand and we would be happy to make alternate arrangements. Due to fine craftsmanship, limited release, lean procurement, and international shipping our puzzles are generally not cheap. Please alert us if you notice any significant damage on the puzzles before you start playing with them. In case of a damage, we will assess the item's functionality and request a fee accordingly.
