1. We offer a no-obligation trial! If you continue with a subscription after the trial, your trial loan fee is on us! This is a one-time 1-week loan for you to try out the SparkBox before committing further.

SparkBox Puzzles

1. We design each box just for you - SparkBoxes come in 4 "flavours" or difficulty levels. Choose your preferred difficulty level when signing up.
   In ascending order of difficulty: Captain (Beginner), Major (Moderate), Colonel (Difficult), and Admiral (Expert). Be sure to also indicate your age group so that we can further tailor the puzzles to you.

2. Let us know which type of puzzles you like, and we can plan your next box as per your interests.

3. Solutions for puzzles are provided upon request. Reach out to us and receive tips anytime via WhatsApp or Telegram.

4. Look out for occasional surprise puzzles on top of the 5 puzzles! This may be a giveaway from a lucky draw or a free extra loan.

Delivery & Pickup

1. Delivery, collection, and handling charges are inclusive. No extra fees to be paid.

2. $5 cashback on every exchange if you opt for self-pick-up and drop-off.

Other Services & Value-Adds

1. Get a yearly insurance of $25 to protect against any unforeseen damages. In case of damage when uninsured, do note that the damage fee is $20 per damaged item.

2. Subscribe to 2 boxes and get 5% OFF your second box. All SparkBoxes come with a standard quantity of 5 puzzles.

3. Contact us for non-consecutive and one-off loans. (These will have a $5 service charge).

4. In case you need more time with the puzzles, extension of the loan period is possible. An extension fee of $5 per week will apply.

Cancellation & Change of Plan

1. Cancel anytime and get a full refund for unused months. Your plan will be downgraded to the next lowest tier before refund calculation.

2. Upgrade or downgrade to another plan anytime.
